Identity Verification
Every user — both renters and hosts — must complete identity verification through Stripe Identity before their first transaction. We verify government-issued IDs and run background checks to ensure the safety of our community.
Comprehensive Insurance
Every rental on Veloci includes liability coverage up to $1 million. Renters can choose from Basic, Standard, or Premium protection plans for additional collision, theft, and interior coverage. We partner with leading insurers to provide best-in-class protection.
Two-Way Reviews
After every trip, both renters and hosts leave reviews. This creates accountability and transparency. Hosts can see a renter's history before approving a booking, and renters can evaluate hosts before committing.
Secure Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe, the world's most trusted payment platform. We never store your payment information. Funds are held securely until the trip begins, protecting both parties.
24/7 Support
Our support team is available around the clock via phone, email, and in-app chat. In case of any issue during a rental — from a flat tire to an accident — we're here to help immediately.
Roadside Assistance
Every rental includes 24/7 roadside assistance. If you experience a breakdown, flat tire, or need a tow, call our dedicated roadside line and we'll dispatch help within 60 minutes.

Insurance Explained
Liability Coverage
Up to $1,000,000Included in every rental. Covers bodily injury and property damage to third parties in the event of an accident where the renter is at fault.
Collision Damage Waiver
Standard & Premium PlansCovers damage to the rental vehicle in case of a collision. Subject to deductible ($1,000 for Standard, $0 for Premium).
Theft Protection
All PlansCovers the vehicle in case of theft or attempted theft. Basic plan has a $3,000 deductible. Premium plan has $0 deductible.
Interior Damage
Premium Plan OnlyCovers damage to the interior of the vehicle including seats, dashboard, and electronics caused by the renter.
