Payments
Renter pays the total amount securely through Stripe at booking. Funds are held until the trip begins.
Veloci retains a 20% platform fee to cover insurance, payment processing, customer support, and platform maintenance.
Hosts receive 80% of the booking total via Stripe Connect within 2 business days of the rental start date.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Veloci never stores your payment information. Hosts receive payouts via Stripe Connect.
Renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver's license. Some exotic cars may have higher age requirements set by the host.
Your protection plan covers damages up to the plan's limits. You're responsible for the deductible amount. All damage claims are handled through our support team.
Yes. Cancellation policies vary by host. Most hosts offer a full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before the trip. Check the listing's cancellation policy before booking.
We use Stripe Identity to verify your government-issued ID. The process takes about 2 minutes and is required before your first booking.
No. Every Veloci rental includes liability coverage. You can upgrade to Standard or Premium for additional collision and theft protection.
